Kirstin is an experienced scientific biology student for years and has been with QCI since 1998. She has the largest biotech customer base of all our techs.
Her responsibilities include pipette calibrations, customer management and scheduling for GMP and ISO accredited biotech corporations. She specializes in organizing preventative maintenance programs.
Kirstin is certified to perform calibrations, preventative maintenance and troubleshooting on Single Channel, Multi Channel, Repeater Pipettes and Electronic Pipettes.
She is trained in all regulatory guidelines - GLP, cGMP and ISO17025 for pipette calibrations.
Kirstin currently manages over 100 accounts by assuring quality and compliance standards and specifications.
