Mike has been the QCI technical manager since 2005 and has worked in this industry since 1995. He works closely with our Quality Assurance Manager in all contract and ISO10725 procedures and practices.
Mike is our Technical Manager - specializing in on-site as well as call in trouble- shooting and repairs. Specifically Single Channel, Multi Channel, Repeater and Electronic Pipettes. Mike assists all technicians with calibration and/or repairs. Mike also works for Pipette Repair Service in Richmond, Virginia - balancing his time between both companies so he can share his expertise.
